Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Any investment is made solely with a partner, under that partner’s offering documents.
Private-company investments are speculative, illiquid, and may result in total loss. Past access, including well-known late-stage companies, does not predict future allocation or returns.
Forwarding confidential briefs is prohibited.
Geography
Members may be in more than one country. Eligibility, outbound investment rules, and tax are the member’s responsibility. Private does not hold member capital and does not file those processes for you.
Privacy
We collect only application data needed to review membership requests. We do not sell application lists.
